Longer hair always looks better but your issue seems more of a fundinemental issue with a long skull that gives u a very bad fwhr and your eyes have lots of uee plus you have deep eyebags due to recessed infras and low health indicators which also contributes to your skin quality one thing is your eyebrows are very good at least
