Solid MMtn, clear up your skin and try get rid of those acne scars, thicken and lengthen eyelashes ( Do some research about it ) and clean up the top of your eyebrow, u genuinely look mint bro

Yeah, rhino and maybe an otoplasty would take you to true MMtn in my opinion, max out on softmaxing before you take a surgical route
