try "excersies" to try to fix ur orbitals but they are mostly cope if those dont work get fat grafting and u cant widen lips witout surgery and surgery might give u joker lips

fix ur hair looks very damaged and oily, try those eye excersises i mentioned, vollufuline for fat on the eyes
