post a side, best case is your mandible is recessed and being pushed back a overbite or something. if i were you i’d get a pallet expander, could help. and i dont really reccomend peptides or hardmaxxes, but a Bilateral Sagittal Split Osteotomy paired with a Sliding Genioplasty aswell as taking testosterone could help a lot.
