I think it's amazing how I can infer your height without seeing more than your face and shoulder. I might know something.

My assessment is that your jaws are too small for the width of your face. In that way you may be said to be recessed. You have no malocclusion, so a maxilofacial surgeon wont be able to help you much. I could see that a bimax and a sliding genioplasty could extend your jaws a little, but I think your face is a goner and can't with current surgical techniques be masculine.

Because of your skeletal immaturity, you've got a year or two to wait before pursing anything.


If you want to please a stranger on the internet, could your perhaps wrap a tape measure around your skull and tell me the circumference. For a hypothesis I have on facial predicaments like yours. I will compare it to anthropomorphic percentiles of the ANSUR. My prediction is that you're in the first percentile. I can send you morphs in PM in return. thanks.
