None of these will improve my testosterone with more than like 10%, im already supplimenting both zink, magnesium and d vitamin. I train muay thai weekly and generally eat well (high protein get my micronutrients etc.)
 
for me it did well if it doesnt increase then tbh i dont know anymore

Yo bro honestly only iqlets are rating you below mtn. You look super young but honestly that doesn’t really matter if you’re maxxing out everything else especially when you’re growing. You’re objectively above average and have good appeal. Good skull structure too I mean honestly you have crazy potential. Just do the typical stuff everyone recommends and you’ll ascend.

No. if you know what youre doing you could run 250 test with basically no downsides. low dose Test and low dose HGH are very safe, and effective. just be safe and be educated
