accutane not needed if you dont have heavy from of acne. just acid is enough for your skin. also dont forget about sun exposure, you pale as hell. its good... but you are looking kinda unhealthy or its just camera? try to focus on skin soloring/contrast anyway. minoxidil will ascend you alot.
