undereye lines come from a lack of infraorbital support, you need either bone or implants (that said, itachi lines are bad but it's not what's gonna move the needle the most). softmaxxing is anything besides surgery or invasive interventions.

usually if you have recessed infras at 15 you will have recessed infras at 23. Don't listen to this SOLDIERBOY "carry my burden" loser... What I do (even though I don't have recessed infras or eyebags) is bonesmash but this isn't like proven to work (imo it's better than waiting for a miracle that won't happen), also don't like hurt yourself if you try it...
