He needs a haircut, his acne needs some accutane, his body fat percentage is high, his posture is shit, mandible isn't showing enough in front-facing photos, eyebrows don't look groomed, his moustache needs to be shaved and he needs a better fit

For the haircut just get a better haircut, for acne get some retinoid (accutane preferred, but topicals like trentinoin works), body fat just work out and eat healthy, for posture just maintain correct posture, mandible can slightly pop if he got MARPE (maybe) and if he reduced body fat/face fat, dye/groom eyebrows and shave moustache
