nah i personally wouldn't focus on my eyes, i'd just focus on getting jaw surgery (possibly just genioplasty) to correct the asymmetry

other than that any other surgery would be pointless tbf, since u already look good

rhino is the best method

but you can also use isotretoin
hdrocortisol if i didnt get the name wrong and there are injectables
also threads but it may give "feminine" looking results since i only see it for alar piniching

researching these can help you a lot for the nose
