i did lost a lot of weight i think i lost like 8 kg/17lbs in the last couple of months now im 70 kgs/153lbs and 182 cm/6ft as a 15 year old

make sure you’re hitting the gym and lifting otherwise you’ll just lose muscle instead of fat
also don’t cut too hard because you’re still growing, just do a moderate deficit

i think my chin is recessed cuz i have a overbite im gonna ask my parnets for braces as soon im back from vacation
