mewing, or good posture with tongue blabla. Is important for dentals health and so on. But it won't help with getting better looking imo, at this age. But helps, to not become more uglye, as mouthbreathers become more ugly with time.

* slick facial hair
* more slick hair style/grooming
* have a good skincare routine.

And back than, it was like.

Older people, very difficult to improve any with mewing. Likey won't improve.
And good results with younger people.

But older people also need good toung posture, and be mouth breather. for notdecending and good dental health.
