u just have bad harmony overall i think fillers could help you more than jaw surgery or something like that bc u don't seem to be recessed. however i think your nose shape and lips are weird

eyes too far apart, skin fold in the nasion area, distance btw the eyebrows slightly too high, Iris:sclera area ratio is unideal (too high), round shaped orbitals, weird mouth shape (it looks tense), bloated with slight nasolabial folds
