the IPD is the problem which cant be fixed sadly. You have a fat nose tip which can be fixed with cortisol injection or alarplasty or a rhinoplasty.

Not to give you false hope but eyes wont change. Best thing you could do at your age is focus on a healthy diet (just take whatever your country/state recommends) and just in general a healthy life. Also try finding a haircut that fits you. Tiktok is fully of posibility. But since you look more eastern european I would go for a fringe. If you want to look more western a middle part could work.
