Can someone rate me + gimme my flaws other than my bad ctpr ratio, short chin due to recession relative to Frankfort plane, bulbous nose tip, narrow mouth, bad facial depth and pfl because of my ethnicity and low dimorphism.

Already getting a commisuroplasty and rhinoplasty(lowering columellar and defining the tip), any hardmaxxes for my eyes to make my eye area more striking?
