Alright so, I think I look relatively good in general but after looking at these pictures I look AND feel like shit. What do you guys think I am and is it over?

At the moment bro I'm sorry but unfortunately u might be sub5 or barely lltn. Ima give u a few tips tho. First of all the best thing you can do right now is cut. Eat lots of things that are low calorie and high volume like vegetables and anything plants. I really like sweet potatoes and regular potatoes because they are filling and have low calories. If you have an air fryer just dice them, season, and pop them in. Another thing is grow out your hair and do some hyoid exercises.

Haha, I know I'm ugly you don't have to apologize. Thanks for the advice though, I'll update hopefully when I look better
 
Sorry its Brootal, here's what I recommend, I used to be 300 pounds, now I'm 200 with muscle.

GET TO GYM ASAP. This is the most important aspect, people tell you its about diet bla bla bla, No it's about mentality and going to the gym makes that mentality, you'll soon fall in love with the gym then you're able to go on a cut without cheating. (diet 70%, gym 30%, Cardio adds 50%)

For the cut, I recommend because you're 14 eat at a cut 300-500 calories with cardio daily, you're still growing but cutting your calories completely will destroy your growth due to malnutrition. You need calories to grow. (common sense)

Grow out your hair, do SupraHyoid exercises, look into a good skin routine, nothing serious you don't need it. MEW MEW MEW. Mouthtape, and thank your lord if you could get a MSE you have a recessed maxilla yet ITS NOT OVER, ITS NEVER OVER.

I struggle with mewing; I don't know if it's cuz of overbite or what but i basically can't differentiate between lower or upper palate, when resting my tongue is basically somehow lightly touching both, there's still room it's just super weird.

Go to a dentist, if you have a narrow palette explore the option for an MSE, it basically splits your face open and pushes your maxilla forward little bit but overall adds rating to you. BUT when your whole thing is split it allows u to do cope methods and it works. For mewing there's alotta tutortials just watch them dont listen to the incels bringing u down.
