I hit puberty at 8-9 because I had a shitty childhood. My younger brother on the other hand hit puberty at around age 12-13, and grew up to be 6'3, while I'm only 5'10. We were around the same height at prepubescent ages and had similar growth velocity during puberty.

focus on darkening ur eyebrows and eyelashes but not fuly black cuz ur blond and that would just make u look dumb id say a light to medium brown color. focus on making ur infras pop and removing ur circles at ur eyes w volufiline and debloar as much as possible. shrink ur nose with accutane and/or dutasteride and make ur lips fuller but not like a fag. work out to make ur neck thicker and eat as healthy and unprocessed as possible. not saying that ur bad im just giving u tips to better ursself
