I think your biggest issues are your close-set eyes and protruding ears. You could try to downplay them by covering your ears with your hairstyle and changing the shape of your eyebrows

Here’s a small morph I made for you without changing your facial structure.
My recommendations: grow your hair out and dye it a darker color, like black or dark brown. Also, use minoxidil on your eyebrows to help them grow thicker. It also looks like you have sensitive skin, so make sure to use sunscreen (SPF) every day.

Thicker/fuller brows with oils, and grow hair to cover your ears. Pretty much the most you can do right now beside going to the gym.
