You look young bro, let puberty work and you’ll be good. Already above the average normie so that’s good. Skin is clear, good facial structure. 3/4 years you’ll mog most people. Stay active, keep a good diet, do some exercise. You’re already in a good place

are peptides good? im running ghk cu, bpc 157,tb500 (tore my labrum so using to heal) cjc 1295 no dac, ghrp 6,mt1. i do mma and lift to stay active and diet lacks tbh i js dk how to diet. i do chin tucks and rapid jaw openings too but theyre lowk cope i think. is there anything else i can be doing to ascend? my growth plates are still open too.

Bro you do not need all of that. You’re extremely young to be experimenting on your body like that. BPC and TB I can understand for your injury but everything else is seriously overkill.

Diet doesn’t mean eat chicken and rice and count calories etc. it just means what you eat. When I say keep a good diet I mean staying away from excessive sugar intake, keeping your meals balanced with whole foods minimising processed junk as much as possible.

You already look quite lean so that doesn’t seem like your problem if anything I think you could eat more to put on some lean size and fill out your frame.

In general I also highly recommend doing lymphatic drainage exercises, as well as relieving the stress in your jaw/ fascia as that can help with a lot of bloating as well as make your features pop out and most of all actually help your mental state and bodily functions
 
so just eat relatively healthy and stay active with lymphatic drainage?
