There isnt much of a "fix" but I would recommend to ask chatgpt orthodontical ways or light hardmaxx ways to fix a narrow mandible, you should upload your upper pallate and lower so I can assess you and tell you what you need, but from the looks of it, you have a narrow midface/mandible
