For soft maxes you should hop on test+hgh+ai, your should also wear green contacts and maybe try something like hydroquinone to lighten your skin. For hard maxes I thing you should get JA implants because your ramus is on the shorter side and your lower third in general is lacking. Also, you should look into getting a genioplasty which will fix your chi to philtrum and improve your lower third. You also should think about upper eyelid fat grafting because you have a lot of uee. You should also get a rhinoplasty because your radix is recessed and your nose could be better but it’s not as high of a priority. I can’t see your full upper third/ forehead but your forehead from the side is clearly recessed so I’d think about a frontal/ brow ridge implant. If you get the browridge implant without the rhino your forehead will look to forward and your nose will look even more recessed so you should get both or none.
