i mean you should be eating in a surplus regardless to pack on size. deficit to shred down. remain at a maintenance once you’re at around 8-10% body fat.

Rep me, also if you want to improve bro you'll need surgery. I recommend fat grafting towards your eyes for a better eye shape and infra orbital implants. Depending on your height you'd be htn easily from that

Eat as much nutrients as you can now before puberty ends. I regret not doing that
