it has been a while since I posted properly, for 2-3 years I think I have ascended alot, I’d like a rating and tips on what other softmaxxes to do, and after that I’m going to hardmax. Already wanting to bio engineer myself to optimise my hormones. My dad was an IFPB Competitor and has connections with dorian yates, may be able to get some good advice from him.
