I always saw ltn as average, if it’s right above sub 5, ltn would be 5-6, mtn 6-7, so on so forth. Could be wrong ig

Wouldn’t they just be ltn/mtn because of their ethnicity? I honestly don’t think most blacks are above ltn and I think there’s like 3 Indians on the planet above sub 5
