Lazy right eye (more eyelid exposure and appears slightly smaller). The chin is relatively long, which affects the perceived facial length, so a haircut that covers a bit more of the forehead could help balance the proportions. The hair could use more shine; wet-hair styling might work well if the density allows it without revealing any thinning areas. The face could benefit from a bit more debloating, especially around the cheeks. The neck could appear more defined. Skin quality looks decent overall. Chin projection and gonial angle are strong points, and the canthal tilt is neutral. The upper lip could be slightly fuller, which would reduce the perceived philtrum length. Keeping the eyebrow spacing as it is benefits the facial ratios. A bit more skin tone/tan could also complement the features. The zygomatic structure is present, but further debloating could make the cheek definition stand out more. You could also experiment with contouring and blush techniques, as shown in some frauding threads, to enhance the facial structure.

Also, look into methods that can make the nose appear slimmer. There are some pore/skin-focused methods that might help slightly with the appearance, so checking out BOTB pages or related guides could be useful.

Can see potential for lhtn going further only with hardmaxxing

Hltn but lmtn on a good day, could imptovr uee but its not horrible and putting some creams on your nose to make it a bit smaller

Very in depth analysis thank you so much, yeah I have mild ptosis in my right eye sometimes upneeq works for that, for debloating would you recommend fat loss or just potassium based debloating methods? Which hardmaxs would you say could get me to Lhtn and where would you say I am currently, again thank you!

Try HIIT workouts with high potassium intake, keep salt balanced (don't cut it completely), stay hydrated, avoid alcohol, get good sleep, and maybe drink nettle tea as well. If it's actual fat rather than just bloating, fat loss will help more. If all of that doesn't work → 40k ultrasonic cavitation, then fat dissolvers like Lipo Vela, with stronger options like Aqualyx as a further step. I wouldn't recommend doing injections yourself or if you're not experienced with them.

I would say you're currently MTN (photo-based rating, not 100% accurate since pictures can distort proportions — most people look better IRL, especially with overall harmony). Your biggest weak points are the eye area and nose. Improving one of them could move you towards LHTN; improving both, combined with better hair styling, could potentially get you to HTN.

Also be careful with rhinoplasty — it can change your whole facial aesthetics. If it goes wrong, it can be a lifelong issue. Even if your nose isn't ideal, you can often compensate for it through other improvements or reduce the impact with different methods you can find here.

Awesome thank you I’ll honestly try the non surgical methods for my nose first since rhino is really risky, for the eyes I might invest in fat grafting
