Dye your eyebrows, use topical minox. They're positively tilted, which is a plus, but they need to be thicker.

Grow out your hair, hide that big-ass forehead those ears.

Lean out, then you can see your bone structure from the front and you can know what to really work on.

Train your neck until it's as wide as your jaw for a more masculine look.

CLear the tension in your neck and face. Focus on your overall posture. You can also try sleeping on your back without pillow to keep your neck straight during sleep. Training your muscles in the back of your neco also help
