Nothing here is specifically a one time easy does it all fix, doing 1 thing only is/was never going to save you, you need a combination of improving a lot of specific things, but I'm not well versed in giving advice yet so the one thing i know to recommend that'd help is debloating, which will make you look considerably better, but not 'save' you
