considering many procedures including a maxillomandibular advancement (may get it covered under insurance) but i want to hear what others have to say
god awful side profile
L asymmetry but thats not as important
mainly want to hear hardmaxxes but softmaxx advice is also welcome. open to makeup and all that gay shit
