train neck to make it thicker, I would recommend joining wrestling as they do a lot of neck training to make it stronger and thicker + you get to learn how to fight

Wth the hell that descended me maybe when I get older I want a wider neck but I am going for a more boyish look

5.5-5.75/10. Your nose is definitely too wide so get rhinoplasty for that, chin is recessed so chin implant, since you have a wide face you'll need a wide neck too right now your neck is too thin. Your "upper third" (jfl at calling the forehead upper third) looks fine in this pic atleast so im not sure why you say its big. After you do those maxxes I think you could get to 6.5-6.75. Mirin your medial canthus tho.
