Rhino+sliding genio+infraimplants would probably be a better route because the lips protrude farther than the chin but the nose farther than both

but I will first start to go in gym, then after a year I will hop on like 200-250mg test E, my body is too weak now for test and it will rape my own test/sperm production

fucking iqlet, what the fuck benefits are u gonna get from septoplasty or functional rhino with ur current shit, they arent straightening that dorsal hump, or fixing that projection because of breathing
