my goal is js to look better, im getting nose surgery soon for my breathing and it includes rhino, i know my eyes are bad but idk what to fix it

At the moment just soft max and wait to see what difference the surgery makes. Do things like find a good haircut, fix health indicators, and get a good skin routine. But in all honesty, you don't look bad. I really don't find your face to be ugly at all. People on here can just be super cruel and literally just take you at face value.

Risk vs reward is shit for him. There are less invasive procedures that he should consider long before OBO.
Not that any respectable surgeon would agree to do it.
