My bf % was 10.5 % on the pic where I’m wearing the black tank top. In the first one I sent idk but it’s defo higher cause I hopped off Reta and stopped working out for 3 weeks because of surgery.

So yeah, bf does the most but also drinking a shit ton of water to stay debloated helps, lymphatic drainage and tight skin due to ghkcu + accutane.

Furosimide also makes every single facial bone more defined
