Just lose fat for now, 19? You look 15, you can be a late bloomer, for side train your neck and I assume you have slightly forward head posture so do chin tucks, I think you know basic knowledge like mewing so make sure to have good habits overall, you can search about it on org

I used to run short hair but feel like it wasn’t the best for my face shape, maybe my barber just wasn’t cooking
