LMTN but you have pretty good skin and eyes, debloating would change a lot and maybe try hydrocortisone to make your nose a bit smaller thats the main thing standing out as well as the ratio between your upper and lower lips but idk what to do about that. Honestly you have a lot of potential but mainly just debloating would be the first thing because your cheekbones aren't very prominent but it could just be facial fat/ retention hiding them.
