Idk if u biting your cheeks but if so, stop that. Also invest in contacts if you haven't already. Other than that dw abt hardmaxxing tips as of now since you're 15, I'd go with a longer hairstyle and Idk if I'm seeing correctly but it seems you have slight acne on your forehead that's likely caused by hair products so Invest in a better cleanser or/and a better cleansing routine.
