Rating and potential + what i am doing to improve

What subtier am i? i usually get rated hltn but i was wondering what i could do to reach mtn. Could i get my potential too. 16M i will be using ghkcu kpv and glutathione for clearer skin and fixing my acne scars. Already on hgh and will get bloods done soon to run other compounds. Using topical minoxidil for my brows and will be using a lip widening tool for more horizontal expansion (idk if it works but theres no harm in trying) to those who say im coping i believe in personal anecdotes and its pretty cheap anyway. Post puberty will be getting augmented rhinoplasty custom jaw and malar implants to fix my inward gonions and flat zygos hopefully everything goes well and according to plan.
