Hltn (Average.) the problem here is the height, he's 5'1, is this a typo? He needs to blast HGH, or he's a late bloomer and will get a growth spurt later? Heightpill is a real thing, you can't afford to be average/ordinary looking at 5'1.

If he is indeed 6'1, he can fraud safely to 6'3, even without that height halo will exist, he has a cutecel appeal with the most noticeable flaw in my opinion being his eyes being close set- but in this case I think it's a problem with the lens of the glasses, he lacks dimorphism but since he is in his teens he will be fine with girls.

Which softmaxxes can he do to improve?

Fix eyebrows, minoxidil and dye them, same for eyelashes, look at threads on 'Best of the best' for guides, get them done in a cosmetic studio as they will style them and dye them (Both eyebrows and eyelashes.) properly, gymcelling -> leanmaxxing, moneymaxx at 16 to get a head start for hardmaxxes later.
