except my hair which I'm growing out and my skin which is kinda obvious.
Mb if the photos are bad but I'm not going to spend minutes doing that

I don't supplement beta carotin but I'm eating 2-3 carrots daily(not small ones). I feel like anything over that is forcing myself but should I up it?

It’s important you either chew them very carefully or better - cook them and/or chop them up and EAT WITH FAT (butter-bread or olive oil). I’d up it to 4. If you become extremely yellow don’t worry. Just cut it down to 3 again. But I’d definitely keep eating carrots instead of supplementing. Or as alternative make the 4 carrots into a juice.
The smaller chopped the carrots are the better your body can absorb them. Also- a bit of heat is always good for veggies. I also recommend Brazil nuts (Selenium, good for skin and body’s defense), 1 egg per day and 1-2 apples a day.

Forgot to ask. Do you see any changes in skin tone? You can’t overdose on beta-carotin (well not really). Worst that can happen is you’ll turn yellow but that won’t happen with 5 carrots per day. If you do, stop eating carrots for a while then start at 3/day again. It’s kinda a trial and error.
