Rating and tips for improvment.

Hi, Im 15yo and id say im a late bloomer since I barely have armpit hair , facial hair and overall low body hair plus you can tell I look young. Im here to ask for tips to improve and somehow puberty max. My main concern right now is my palate, I measure it and its 3.6-8 cm. I was wondering if due to the fact that im early stages of puberty and have some facial development to achieve, is it possible that my palate widens naturally? I really dont like the idea of getting any type of expander. Also, Im actually getting damon braces , probably next week and wanted your thoughts in whether I should get them or no and if they can contribute to palate expansion. Also I think is important to mention that i have a really big tongue tie and im about to cut it but idk if its a good idea. As a last question , is thumbpulling cope or no? Thank you

Yes natural palate expansion is possible considering you're 15. Yes braces can widen your palate. Thumb pulling is ultimately cope and would be more likely to cause asymmetry than anything else. Stay away from looksmaxxing TikTok.

Get all your nutrients, vitamins and protein. Eggs, meat, etc. (Vitamin D is important, so go outside too, it's becoming less common with people nowadays) Yeah braces are fine if you want to increase your palate, but keep in mind you're still growing anyway.

Yh my mom is the one forcing me to get the braces, so i told her that i wanted damon and she agreed, so if they are helping and expanding is ok. Is my palate width bad? how wide should it be?

no it's not bad. what the ideal width is i'm not sure, but proportions are important.
