ik about the acne, im trying to use skincare to improve it witch is slowly working, and im one reat to get lean currently 22ish bf. 16 6'3 alsokeen to learn more about my facial structure and ways to improve that,

your maxilla is flat and your infras are horrible. your maxilla makes your philtrum unideal but it isn’t very noticeable, your fwthr is unideal but it could be lens distorted, your ipd is slightly unideal and your nose is pretty bulbous, rn id say hltn but you have good potential. lose some weight, get on isotretinoin or tretinoin, eat raw dairy and more meat, clean up your diet, get sun and get a little tanner you can reach mtn

yeah bet, it was abit of bed hair but im getting a cut tmr

those are bones so theyre genetically predisposed but since your probably not done with puberty you should eat raw dairy and a lot of meat and hgh/ig1 if you want to grow them more, but if your genetics cap them where they are rn, nothing you can do

im in stage 3 going into stage 4 of puberty, will i be able to grow them through anything but peptides my parents found them so i cant do hgh or igf1

im in australia, i for sure need to work on my diet its never been the best but its also hard to diet while on reta, my body rejects eggs and a few other imporant foods. im also looking at taking isotretinoin.

don’t take iso use normal tret, iso could disrupts your growth, i’d get off reta, figure out the egg thing probably and find raw milk if you can

i meant while on reta my body struggles with these foods i can only really eat steak chicken and carbs anyhing else is a struglle. how come you think i should hop off. also how much benifit would igf1-lrg have an effect on my bone growth compared to hgh or nothing at all.

because if you struggle to eat on reta it’s better to be properly and fully nourished than be leaner right now, i’m not too knowledgeable about the difference between the effects of hgh and igf but theyd definitely significantly boost bone growth compared to nothing/good diet
