sorry mate i would say ltn cuz of the thirds they are of ur mid face is biig and have narrow lips and u should get denser mustache and dye ur eyebrows

but also change the shape of the eyebrow i would recommend positivly tilted shape cuz u have neutral canthal tilt

cant be fixed. i am not sure about this but i thin if u get wider jaw and neck it can appear with less difference. but i am not sure but at ur situation i would definitely gave it a try cuz there isnt many things to do

zygo surgery like implants will make u look wierd i think u already have wide zygos in ratio to ur jaw i would recommend jaw implants better
