You can start off by doing these things: Book an otoplasty, inject botox into your lips, hop on steriods and pharmacology to grow your bones, cut your medial canthus, work on your colouring, go gym and get buff.

add a side if you can. chin is recessed and short, philtruns a little long but the short chin is worsening it, really narrow, thin lips, ears aren’t ideal, looks like you might have decent zygos under your fat, eye area is okay, infras look good, lots of uee, nose is okay js looks a little inflamed and soft. is your palate narrow? or any bite problems also whats age, but lip filler, ghenio, supra fat graft, canthoplexy, mouth widening surgery.
