What you can start doing immediately is minoxidil and a cheap dermastamp for your eyebrows and you can also practice expression control because they are very highset but lowering them + thicker longer and darker will greatly improve your face. You have a good facial structure ik the nose is a bit wide but you look young so you probably wont be able to get rhino soon. Id say maybe grow your hair out you might suit that more. Def start gym as soon as you can. Have you tried facial hair aswell?

Your main failos besides your nose is your eyebrows which are very bad and your lower third. Your chin is way too short. Id imagine you only want non surgery advice at least for now which is why i didnt point out the failos you cant fix without surgery. Eyebrows play a massive difference
