Constant rating slowly fucks with how you see yourself.
When you keep getting low scores, that number sticks in your head. After a while you don’t react as a normal guy anymore, you act like “your rating”.
I noticed it especially when talking to girls. Instead of being present, you’re thinking “she probably values me as much as a mailbox anyway”. You overthink everything and end up coming off awkward or slightly off. (nd pill is indeed broootal)
At that point the rating isn’t just describing reality, it’s shaping it.
