ur nose and lips seem to assymetric but that might just be camera distortion, 100% grow ur hair out to cover ur ears, debloat ur face, try getting lean for now, if that doesnt work, aqualyx. look into shaping ur eyebrows a little, get a tan and try to get healthier skin. Hltn.

Appreciate your detailed answer I will look into these. And one question I have is if my maxilla is recessed, or why does my face look so flat from the side?

I feel like this might just be because you cant really see your ramus which makes it so you lack some angularity, along with your hanging columella, and your lack of strong cheek bones which can shape your side profile alot. I hope that answered it!

I feel like this might just be because you cant really see your ramus which makes it so you lack some angularity, along with your hanging columella, and your lack of strong cheek bones which can shape your side profile alot. I hope that answered it!
