Hello, So im 185cm (6,1Ft) and around 78 Kg (172Lbs ) was originally 108kg ( 240 Lbs) and locked in for a year hit the gym and shit i wanna know what step do i take from now and forward and rating about my progress body face Etc that might Help im thinking maybe a hair cut or beard would do it
