don't know much about your lifestyle but just avoid being sedentary - try to get like 15k steps daily at least and if not do some exercise/activity. i know that south asians eat quite a lot of carbs so maybe try to limit/watch carb intake but dont starve yourself to 'leanmax' especially if you are in adolescence. you look quite young so i wouldnt really suggest any compounds until 16-17.

also shave that shit above your upper lip
