I can afford it. I’m debating wether it’s worth it or it’s better to try the min+fin route (as I’m only 23) hoping it’s not too late. I would do a no-shave FUE transplant so I don’t need to be bald for months and can cover the new hairline with the fringe.

If it were me in your position, given the current situation, I'd say to shorten the fringe a bit and maybe tidy up the sides, its not really helping in any way, plus I think some kind of taper could relax the overall gangleyness of your face.
I personally wouldnt go for long hair unless you had signifigantly more hair density (not saying your balding idk whats hiding under the hairline) but just cos its not super voluminous rn will most likely lay flat when grown out, and i dont think ive ever seen that look good on any guy regardless of psl

I was thinking otoplasty after rino and hair. Can something else be done for eyelids? I’ve seen people use fibroblast pens to fix eyelid exposure

something I've also seen is the neutral-negative canthal tilt, something that can fix that is MARPE. MARPE will also help make your zygos more visible but MARPE would be best if you have high set cheekbones, Otherwise you could look bloated unless your like really lean. But if the otoplasty is too much money something you can do for free is grow the sides out to make the hair cover the ears but if that's not for you then the otoplasty would definitely work too.

Ty, I’m going to stay away from anything too close to the eyes for now. Rhino + FUE hair transplant will be the first things I do. Otoplasty might not even be necessary if I grow my hair a bit, but it’s on the table too.
