why?
if u get every single surgery possible and don't get botched in the process u can reach the perfect standard for looks in this community
it's a case of how much money do you have to invest in this and how much risk are you willing to take along with will your surgeries be successful
you could go get your first surgery and die in the process then ur potential is technically nothing
or you could strategically get many surgeries that fix all of your main flaws and "ascend" without any failures during the surgeries
