Rating/ IPD

What’s the rate?
I’m fairly sure my IPD is narrow, curious to how exactly narrow it is compared to ideal/ how brutal is my IPD. Started roiding recently but concerned that growing my zygos will turn my ESR to shit, is this a valid concern? What are my other failos apart from IPD and jaw width (skins also fixed now thanks to accutane)?
